Get the clutch minutemug. A GVB minute is an undefined amount of seconds a minute can last. The Amsterdam Public Transport Company (GVB) has the tendency to display the amount of minutes a tram or metro should arrive but one GVB minute can be five real minutes.

This is very difficult for the victim to escape, as they are crawling around the floor as if they just had both legs severed at the knees. The proper etiquette is to let them out after one minute has passed.
