The sound emitted from a vehicle when the transmission is placed in neutral and the accelerator is depressed. Used as a form of intimidation among racers, and often misused at inappropriate times by amateurs. Can be amplified with devices such as a glasspack and can be performed while the vehicle is in motion or while it is stopped.
