Camel envy is when you wish you were a camel because of its unique ability to die instantly of its own accord.....
The first subject of the metaphor is the camel instantly dying and the second seemingly unrelated subject would for example be a situation where you wished you could die instantly.

The act of wearing too tight short-shorts (or any tight apparel; jeans, leotard, pantyhose, panties, etc., in the crotch) , causing a 'camel-toe' to appear as the fabric of the shorts splits the labia majora to the vagina, then stopping every few steps to remove them from the vagina.
