The Hells Angel started to get up to confront the dudes at the bar when his buddy stopped him, telling him not to bother, those dicks are 13 percenters. The Hells Angel then asked what the heck is a 13 percenter. His buddy replied, a 13 percenter is the percent of bikers that falsely claim to be 1 percenters.
