merican wetback

(noun) Pejorative term for an underprivileged Texan. Used commonly by Texas socialites to convey disapproval or disdain towards people from rural areas/southern Texas.

"merican" is a derivative of "American" popularized by 43rd President of the United States, George W. Bush. "merican" is not capitalized due to the inconvenience of simultaneously requiring two keys (shift + a), which could require putting down the enormous hamburger and typing with both hands.

"wetback" is now an ethnically-based derogatory term for Mexicans, but was officially used by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service until 1954.

"Y'all's don't git it. Her family were lucky enough to be livin' on the right side of the Rio Grande River in 1836, but she'll never be more than a merican wetback....oh, sorry for the poor grammar, I meant to say "correct side of the Rio Grande River."
