A phrase used to greet an individual who has been acting particularly strange as of late. It is not considered an insult to call someone a Goober Shnoober and rather a polite way of saying hello.

A joking term geting its name from the chocolate coverd peanuts called Goobers. This term is used in refrence to being tea-baged by a black man. ( The is joke is chocolate nuts, its a joke thats hard to miss)
