A vacuum nutt is when a male busts a phat one but later experiences pains similar to blue balls. Its asif the nut was so good it created a black hole inside the balls.

This pain is experienced when you nutt sitting at a 90 degree angle, and then resume to partake in any activity. After around 30 minuets of whatever it is the excrusiating pain will slowly settle in as you stand there trying to soothe the balls.
