Short form for the word "egocentric", meaning "self-centered".

Basically selfish, focus on him/herself rather than the benefits of whole community.

Thought that he/she is the most talented and on top of everyone.

A: Yo, look at this IT Manager. He's so Ego that even marked himself as the most talented.

B: Fuck it. He only knows how to send emails to order his teammates and play politics.

A: Wait, does he belong to the team? He didn't offer help to his teammates.

B. Ahhh, dammit.

Your "Ego height" is the height you tell people but isn't your real height.
For men, it's typically taller than their actual height (they add around 1-2 inches); for women, it's normally shorter than their actual height (they subtract around 1-2 inches).
