c-tard

C-tard is a term invented and popularized in England. The full term is ‘computerely retarded’ (sic) but was later shortened to C-tard. It is a slang term to describe someone who has little experience or is just plain stupid when it comes to computers. The term can be used in a derogatory way but is often used for its comedic value.

Essentially, a tard bait is someone who would attract, or "bait" someone who is mentally retarded. This can be done so by acting like a retard, physically, or mentally, by acting like an unstable mentally ill person.

Trina rocked back and forth while yelling "Gail Swallows!". This would turn a retard's crank, therefore Trina is Tard Bait.
