The act of having to park in a space that is half filled with snow, usually meaning that one or two car wheels will be elevated.

Due to lack of parking spaces, she had to resort to snowbanking and her left two tires were stuck in the snow.

Snowbank Baby

A Snowbank baby is what we native American people refer to as a child that is born retarded or with a deformity. When that would happen they would throw said baby out into a snowbank an if they survived the night it was considered good medicine . Or just bad luck for the tribe .
