Python 3.11.9 headache

This slang term refers to the "quivering" feeling of headache caused by configuring Python 3.11.9 whilst Ramadan fasting. Please note that the 3.11.9 is the last Python bugfix to come out during Ramadan, i.e. on Tuesday, April 2nd 2024.
