Get the Soul Patchedmug. A technique of writing an essay, blog contribution or research paper by cutting and pasting large chunks of source material and interspersing these with brief connective sentences. The end result is thus a grotesque patchwork of long quotations that reveals little or nothing of the named author's own thoughts or insights.
Source material may be referenced or, when plagiarized, either presented without citation or in a cosmetically reworded format.
