Gregtharsis

Gregtharsis or Gregging as its "commonly" used for (Not to be confused with the kink) is a mental state of pure rage. Being different from regular rage, gregging is just focusing all of your emotions into a postal, even cathartic state of mind. Gregging forces one to only focus on gregging to achieve the said cathartic state, building rage to achieve a specific thing. Gregging usually is harvest in a vengeful or lethargic state, making it easier to focus on gregging. Its advised to stay clear of some whilst they are gregging as to avoid the mistake of getting in the way of one gregging. while gregging, there are few stages one can take, or they can backdown from gregging at a quick pace, for example stage 2;Gregception. The final stage of gregging, referred to as "Gregenesis" is a powerful state that causes permanet, irreversible damage once backed down to ones mental stability, but further benefits their ability to greg. Gregging usually needs minimal practice, but later stages can take a while to gain the ability to harness.
