A prison term used to identify a man who is gang raped by the inmates, sometimes to death. Many times their windpipes are crushed from being choked, simply so they cannot scream for help. Most times, this word is used to call someone a player, that is not the correct definition. The meaning is awful and shouldn't be used to tease someone.
Person 1: "Did you hear about the guy who was killed by rape in prison?!"
Person 2: "You mean a fuck boy? That's awful!"

Get the Fuck boymug. An updated and more politically correct version of the derogatory "faggot." As Louis CK exlained in one of his bits, the word faggot did not mean gay when he was a kid -- you wouldn't have called someone, gay or straight, a faggot, unless they were being a faggot. Over time, however, the term became more widely associated as a homophobic slur, which necessitated the invention of a replacment. Ergo, we have the word fuckboy.
