I didn't respond to Steve's e-mail, so he tried to dibble me by sending the same e-mail over and over every hour. I think I'm just gonna ignore him in spite.

Referring to people like Dustin Dibbles, a man who lost his leg after drunkenly stumbling onto the path of an oncoming subway train and was awarded $2.33 million for having 35% responsibility for the accident.

Singular - A person that does stupid things without taking responsibility and blames those who have to pay for their consequences

Plural - Those who do stupid things and blame others who have to suffer consequences because of their stupidity
