A person, who for no reason, decides to karate chop another person in the shin, causing major bruising. A shin chopper will rarely say sorry to their victims, and if they do, they will not mean it because they seem to think its funny.

Chopper

This consists of two hanging ropes that hold a woman's ankles and is positioned over table.
