Cipher's

There are a number of different code ciphers for different things in gaming, like message encryption and simple secrete lettering between senders. The (,) is the space between each word. The next Cipher is a play on the alphabet. Which ever letter is above or below the letter in the cipher is how you would cipher the sentence. For instance (A) is actually the letter (N), (Y) is (M), (R) is (E) and so forth. A team that overachieved with old, washed up players like Sam Cassell the alien, and Cuttino Mobley in the 2005-2006 season, quickly became regarded as the better team in Los Angeles. This is due to man's inner nature to jump on the bandwagon and only root for the team with the better record. (See also Detroit Pistons right after winning the 2004 championship) Coincidentaly, they only won 2 more games than the Los Angeles Lakers. They will probably overachieve again next year and the year after that, Sam Cassell and Cuttino Mobley will retire and the Clippers will be back where they started.

Dude the Clippers are sooooo good even though they were only 12 games above .500. Clippers 4 lyfe, Elton Brand is a monster!!!

A product of population control in India, and an item of great mystery to high school kids, and cooper-T is a T shaped strip of copper inserted into the sac of a female, to ensure non-fertilisation. Capper

One who "Capps"....Capping defined:

Capping is a term best used to describe the kind of business practice interviewers use to preserve their own job integrity while at the same time limiting the growth, potential and further expansion of talent in their respective job market. Capping is seen a lot here in Florida where many people exist with inferior educations and with unstable unproven industry backgrounds that make their way into hiring positions for large upcoming companies. The resulting effects are devastating as they prevent companies from acquiring new talent and experience that could no doubt increase their growth and potential.

An example of capping is when you go to an interview and it is clearly obvious that the person interviewing you is below you in experience, education and overall understanding of the job specifications for which they are doing the hiring for and as a result see you as a threat to their very existence and therefore do not wish to hire anyone smarter, more intelligent and/or better educated than they are and who possess more experience then they do.
