JK all the way

Short for, "Just kidding, all the way". It is used by many of the same people who say things like, "See you later, alligator" and "Bye-bye butterfly". It is presumed that the kind of people who say these things suffered some sort of serious rhyme shortage as children.
"Hey, did you hear? Jerry just got hit by a car!"

"Oh my god, is he okay?"

"Haha, you fell for it! JK all the way!"

Killing all birds with two stones

Refers to someone (usually a man) who, a lot like the most interesting man in the world from the XX commercials, purports to be able to have grandiose powers and do things that one else can. Can be both positive or negative depending on how the phrase is used. In the positive, it is a compliment to someone's ability; in the negative it is a tongue in cheek statement, that's really meant to slight someone as not being capable of anything like he purports himself to be capable of.
Positive example: Ya, that guy is a real a bulldog. Some people may be able to kill two birds with one stone- but this guy kills all birds with two stones. The ones in his pants.

Negative example: Ya that lawyer doing the commercials on TV, I wouldn't believe shit he says. I mean, he doesn't just kill two birds with one stone. He's killing all birds with two stones. The ones in his pants.

May all yer turtles hae' three heids

This is a traditional Scottish saying in rural Stirlingshire which means as it sounds in English 'May your turtles have 3 heads'. It is a phrase typically used by those who aim to wish a person a deep sleep. It is unclear of the origins of the phrase, especially as there are no wild turtles in Scotland and Stirlingshire has no coast, however it may have originated when Scotland was a driving force of the commonwealth.
"I'm aff tae bed now, cheery ho"
"Aright then, May all yer turles hae' three heids"
"Thanks pal, and yae tae"
