This has originated when some poor soul just recently completed the video game Grand Theft Auto IV to 100% and immediately overwritten it with a beginning save game.
Example of "Pulling an Agent":
A: "Hey dude, I just beat GTA IV!"
B: "Sweet! Hey, I just figured out if you save your game on the first mission it'll say an error when you re-load it!"
A: "Really? let me try!"
A: "FUUUUUUUUU! I just saved over my complete save game!"
B: "Dude, you just pulled an Agent."
A: "FML."
A: "Hey dude, I just beat GTA IV!"

Get the The Good Estate Agent mug.A reference for a person, normally older or elderly from the Vietnam War era, who repels people by not picking up on any social cues, going on rants about themselves and previous time in the war, college, or when they were in their prime. A person of that age range is referred to this when they repel others and hurt those around them like poison by being selfish, disrespectful, entitled, rude, etc. and generally lack friends and social supports. They feel entitled to tell their story and that you should appreciate them and lack empathy or understanding that it may not be a good time for you.
