The repeal of this law was done as the violation of the 4th amendment and weakening the protection of civil liberties. However, such access continue to persist as repealed and gagged ordered as a further continued violation into the personal lives of Americans and done without the consideration of ethics and its unlawful practice and perhaps personal advantageousness.
