This term was made by the Lonely Island in one of their tapes for their new comedy clip show AWESOMETOWN! It is basicaly another cheesy name for cool, started as a real term by me.

A girl who seems sweet and loving but is truly the definition of evil . Sex is her definition of love and takes many pictures of her southern region. One of the WORST person you can ever meet. She might seem nice at first but in her head she hates everyone and everything. She doesn't care about anyone but her self. Most of the times someone named Karla is popular and some guys like her, but she is a cheater. Poor guys that fall in love with her. HONESTLY she is the worst

the term, ‘kala,’ is derived from the german language, which means bread. if you’re familiar with european dialect, you may recognize the word, ‘mazoo,’ which means nighttime rest. long story short, it describes a person who sits on a sandwich in the dark.
