An example of a good Romantic Comedy could be The Notebook(Romance and some parts are funny.), Prom Night(killer loves her.. romance, her scared expression.. funny.) Enough said. Anything such as Meet the Morgans or shit like that is just giving romantic comedies a bad reputation and should be band from the genre.

Anybody not telling jokes on stage isn't meant to be taken as a comedian, even if you thought something they typed was funny, it doesn't make the person who typed it a comedian.
You can watch hbo, rent a movie, listen to a comedy album, read a comedy book, or go to a show for comedy. That's what the comedians make shows, books, and albums for, what they say is meant to be taken as a joke, since comedy is intentional. If its not intentional comedy, its most likely intended as something other than comedy.
