Someone who is, or who is acting shitty and like an idiot at the same time. Typically used when idiot is not a strong enough term. For example, someone who is throwing a tantrum over something totally inconsequential is being a shitiot. Can also be used for an idiot who is near to, in contact with, or actually somehow covered in raw sewage.
