Reverse racism is a term that people use to feel better about themselves. The actually definition of reverse racism is the opposite of racism. So basically if you say something is reverse racism, that means it isn't racism.
"Black lives matter!" The African American man said.
"That is reverse racism!" The entitled white woman explained.
"Wait what? That mean it's not racism. lol." The African American man corrected.
"No it means it is racism!" The entitled white woman yelled back.
African American man pulled out iPhone. He goes onto google and searches what the definition of racism is.
"Racism - prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior." The African American man explained.
The African American man looked back at his phone and searched up reverse.
"Reverse - the opposite or contrary to that previously stated. And if you mix the 2 you get! The opposite of racism! Which means that reverse racism means not racist!" The African American man stated.
"Well that's racist! I bet you stole that phone! I'm calling the cops!" The entitled white woman yelled.

The barely veiled racist belief that you can only solve past discrimination with present discrimination, and you can only solve present discrimination with future discrimination

Reverse racism: giving favoritism to an individual or group within a subset of people on the basis of their belonging to that subset of people.
These actions are examples of reverse racism:
Giving extra hours to workers on the basis of their national origin.
"Pedro gets to work overtime because he's Mexican and Mexicans work."
Hiring workers on the basis of their gender.
Employer: "Congratulations Bimby, you got the job!"
Cindy: "Thank you so much! But, my name is 'Cindy' not 'Bimby' silly!"
Loving someone because they are from a country you like.
Infatuated woman: "You French people are so sexy! I love you Pierre!"
Claude: "My name isn't Pierre... "

The act of being based. Understanding the fact that your race is better than the rest. That you are indeed the superior race despite the stupid woke society telling you otherwise. Realizing that the inferior races are just jealous of your superiority over them.
White cowboy: Man, black people used to be so happy picking cotton for the superior race (white people (superior race)). unfortunately, racism is eradicated. Now I have no one to pick cotton for me despite the fact that I can literally just hire a guy

When ANYONE holds someone else back from doing what they want to do or being who they want to be specifically because of the color of their skin or their racial affiliation.
Note: The actions in question do not matter. This applies to anyone of any race and applies even within ones own race. If you do this, nothing excludes your actions or opinion from being racist because racism is all about your reason which you chose to base on race. Racism won't go away as long as people continue to act or speak based on these reasons.

Man 1: "I've noticed mixed race couples getting odd looks from others within their own race. Is that considered a type of racism?"
Man 2: "Despite what others will say, yes it is. If the only reason that couple is getting glared at or treated negatively is due to the color of their skin, it's racism even if it comes from their own race."
Man 1: "Didn't their anscestors fight for their freedoms so they could use it?"
Man 2: "Yes, but unfortunately some don't see it that way and instead of mixing with others like America was meant for, they separate themselves from the people they fought to be equals with in the first place out of vengeful spite"
Man 1: "...That's actually kinda sad for the ones trying to make actual use of their race's progress and be respected for who they want to become instead of grieving over who they used to be. I din't know Racism could evolve like that. It's almost viral."
Man 2: "Yeah it sucks, and people on both sides will weaponize it for their own means. But it won't go away until people stop using it to explain every bad thing that happen to them."
