when an individual enters a situation on good terms, faces a dilemma or obstacle and is made much worse for wear because of said dilemma or obstacle, but before situation is over they fix the issue and everything works out in the end.

Mario was going to the store and got jobbled when he stepped into a puddle of horse piss and manure, but he was able to go to a costume party instead as a stable boy.

doesnt have much meaning exept for the "cock" part. it is really funny if u sing a song, where u say "jibbercock" and then someone in the backround says "cock".

i was bored during class so i just said "jibbercock" at random intervals so that my classmates cracked up.
