When a guy is texting or talking on the phone with his girl, and he askes her to go somewhere and 'hang out' with him (he's actually asking her on a date) and she says "I would like that" then you guys go out, and she stares at your lips. Well boy, its your chance to kiss your lucky ladie!

Tommy: alright see you there.

(at the movies)

Tommy: hey Jenny!

In Australia, people say this in imitation of redneck politician Pauline Hanson. Say it in a disapproving, nasal voice whenever somebody disses something they know nothing about.

"Ms Hanson, what do you think about Stephen Hawking's new theories about the properties of light?"

But mostly it's a friendly greeting implying to do something digusting.
