[Halloween]

Celebrated on October 31, it is a night were 9&+ year olds dress slutty, wear a bunch of their moms makeup, talk to strangers, and get away with it. It was originally a religious holiday, but like other wholesome things, America turned it into a sleez fest.

Kathy: "Jenny's costume was soo slutty this year!"
Joe: "Well Kathy, it is Halloween."

Halo

A series of video games, books, novels, and other media that is heavily based on the character known as Master Chief. Although there are some games that do not have Master Chief in them, every Halo game currently in existence from 2010 back has referenced him in one way or another. The main enemy in the Halo games are The Covenant, a series of aliens who've come to take over every planet including Earth.

Thomas: "Dude, I'm going to go home and play Reach"

Nicholas: "Reach was okay, but I'm honestly a bigger fan of Halo Wars"

Dario: "You guys are both crazy, Halo 2 was the best of the Saga!"

Halo day

Calling in sick to work on the release day of a highly anticipated video game so time can be spent playing the new game. Named for the large number of people that called in sick on the day that Halo 3 was released.

Battlefield 3 is coming out next Monday; Fuck work I'm calling in a Halo day.

halo roofie

The act of adding a roofie to the alcoholic beverage of someone you wish to corrupt. Usually in a professional or social situation. The target then acts in a non-professional manner, rendering their reputation (their halo) as questionable at best.

Joe: Dayum, my co-worker was out of her mind last night, hanging on every guy, taking her clothes off, and passing out under the kitchen table. She normally doesn't act like that, i wonder if someone slipped her a halo roofie, she was kinda moving up the corporate ladder way too fast...
