When any law enforcement officer apologizes for the actions of another law enforcement officer even though that had nothing to do with said action, or any law enforcement officials that publicly state that all other law enforcement officers should share their opinions or leave the profession.
I saw this police officer showing his blue guilt on social media when he felt compelled to publicly state that he isn’t like an officer that committed a crime.

News stories that get more and more desperate until people submit into doing anything the media/government/healthcare industry/scientists want them to do.
Last week's grief/tragedy/sympathy guilt trip was a recycled story from the Trump era about a young guy that still thought the coronavirus was a hoax until he ended up in ICU. When that didn't increase vaccination rates, the grief/tragedy/sympathy industry got more desperate and had a guy talking emotionally about how you can save his one year old in Arkansas even if you live halfway across the country by getting in line for a vaccine. Just do what these people say and everyone will be okay, just meet their demands is what the grief/tragedy/sympathy industry is trying to prime people's subconcious with.

When you buy an article of clothing that, at the time, you "must have" and then end up hanging it up in your closet with the tags still on it and never wearing it. This then results in whenever you look in your closet you feel guilty when you spot that piece of clothing, but yet you still don't want to wear it. One may feel guilt for a number of reasons anything from feeling as if you wasted your money on something you never wear to feeling like you have so much clothes and yet still feel like there is nothing to wear!
Mom-Honey, get dressed it is almost time for school.
Daughter-Mom I can't...
Mom-Look, it isn't that hard all you gotta do is open up you closet door and-
Daughter-No I really CAN'T!
Mom-Why not!?
Daughter-Because...I have the guilt is in the closet syndrome.
Mom-Ooh...I knew you'd never wear that shirt!

When someone, or some party, attempts to use the concept of guilt (not necessarily actual guilt) in order to manipulate a person or people, into doing something that would be against their best interest. It's a tactic of manipulation that does not require actual guilt, just the presumption of guilt. Usage of the term asserts against the rhetorical trap of implied guilt, by summarily denying the implied guilt and exposing the guilt as an intended form of control.
party a: 10 years ago you got into that accident, and I know you say it wasn't your fault, but it's probably in our best interest if we never let you drive again.
party b: Your attempts at guilt-control are obvious, so please stop.

Someone who pays a breeder for a particular type of dog may do so seeking certain characteristics common to that breed, that may not be found taking chances with a shelter dog which often is no less loving, and in need of a home, resulting in feelings of designer dog guilt.
No kill shelter or not, your spent $3,000 on a dog when countless adorable animals in shelters, available for free no less, need a forever home? What's wrong with you?!!! Don't you have any designer dog guilt?
