A Poople is a bully or mean person. Pooples are People who act like poo, because they are scared, sad, lonely and feel like poo. Therefore, they want others to feel like poo ... feel hurt, alone and not allowed to play. Pooples can be found in such places as the workplace, schoolroom or roadways ... wherever bullies like to hang out.
