a no tallent wannabe who thinks that what they do is extream or hard. the kids at the skate parks who do the same line every time, and cry when someone gets in their way. they think that they are cool cuz they can grind a rail for 5 seconds.

A person or group that will do anything not to take responsibility by any means possible. Other characteristics are asleep on the job, procrastinating, neglectful, unconcerned, indifferent, dilatory, inattentive, careless, unready, unpersevering, lethargic, lifeless, and lackadaisical.

Those customer service reps are such pusher backers, that you might as well not call at all.
