The idea that the transformation of morality into categories of feeling (personal categories) is moral in itself.
Kant argued that turning personal opinions into moral categories is meta-morality.

Moral Narcissism

It is a narcissism that emanates from a supposed personal virtue augmented by a supposed intellectual clarity.

When you defend and say that what you believe, or claim to believe or say you believe—not what you do or how you act or what the results of your actions may be—defines you as a person and makes you “good.”

A "soft" way of saying dat da referred-to individual is a crooked a**h**e who doesn't give a you-know-what about honestly or integrity, or about how his shamelessly-self-serving actions might harm fellow humans or da environment/economy in general.
Examples of public figures who turned out to be "of modest morals" would be "Tricky Dicky" with Watergate, and Kellyanne Conway with her infamous "alternative facts" claim.
