A completely made up term with no real power. Used by a shady private EMS employer to scare employees into compliance when extra personnel are needed on the road.

Man, scheduling called me in the middle of the day to try to hard mandate me. They know I work nights.

Mandatory fail party

The term used for a mandatory tutoring session or something of the like that you must attend when you fail a test. Instead of saying mandatory tutoring, you say mandatory fail party to make it not sound as lame.

"Shit! I failed my psych exam. Now the professor is going to make me go to mandatory fail party."

mandals are an evolution of manboots, genetically adapted for warmer climates and rebel hippies who don't mind wearing leather footwear. mandals have the sturdy sole of the manboot, the durable leather upper and side coverings, and sometimes a steel shank in the mid sole for extra stonelike stepping manliness. mandals are for the few not the many, not everyone can pull the look off. some will look foolish. others will look so natural in them that no other footwear is even conceivable for them.

mandals are only cool on acidhead stoner drop outs who look and act just like jesus christ or che guevara. every other guy, no.

when brad pitt has long hair and long wild beard and mustache, he could pull of mandals very well. but without that - probably not so well.

Manda is a term used to describe a type of person.

These people are usually dim young white girls who believe that having a kid at the age of 14-17 is a career choice as the goverment will pay for the upkeep for the rest of their damn lives.

Mandaid

This is a bandaid that is made from toilet tissue and scoth tape.(usually by a man)after cutting his finger,usually to save time or just because they are too lazy to go get one.

WE dont need any bandaids anymore becaue we already used a mandaid.
