Generally pronounced with emphasis on “lu” sounding like “Loo” this term can be used as a general phrase of exclamation. As in: a friend says “dang! I just dropped Dave’s bong in the hot tub!” Dave replies “dulubula bruh.” With his head in his hands. Though the entomology is somewhat unclear, what is generally accepted as truth is that the more of a doozie a situation is, the louder and or longer the Loo sound should be drawn out.
