Libu

A word used in the early 2000s in eastern Vantaa, Finland. Used to define a person or a thing that is over-the-top crazy, or mad as hell. Can be formed to be used as a verb as well.

That guy beat five opponents at once and smiled when he was hit in the face. He's a 'libu' dude!
As a verb: The principal was 'libuing' to us after we took a bag of dog turd and put it into his briefcase.

Libby

Libby is a person who I think is not appreciated as much as she should be. Her appearance is gorgeous, she has the best eyes and such beautiful features on her. Trust is easily given but once it is broken, she will find it very difficult to give it back. If you get to know a Libby, you will find that she is one of the nicest and funniest person you will ever meet. She can always put a smile on your face and will always be there for support. She is emotional but she hides it well. She often feels invisible in big crowds and a bit shy, but if you know her well and she is comfortable in a big group she will be so much fun! Do not mess with a Libby and get on her bad side because she will make your life a living hell. She has a temper but will only show it when you really piss her off. Personally I think a Libby is the best person you ever meet. Please resect a Libby. They are worth so much :)
