An AMAZING band. Lead vocalist is Maynard James Keenan. He is the jelly to my toast and eveyone knows toast tast like a piece of turd without the jelly. He is so AMAZING he cant even just have one band. I would go gay for him...i know its sad.

One who is, as J.D. Salinger wrote in "Catcher in the Rye," a "phony." Someone who is false, a media whore, a douchebag, and a servant (or tool) or the Man. The best example, the paradigm of tooldom, is Carson Daly, as quite correctly noted above. Other famous tools include Geraldo Rivera, Ryan Seacrest, Tom Cruise, Stephen Baldwin, Tony Danza, Wayne Brady, Tom Arnold, Ben Affleck, Linkin Park, and most ironically of all, Tim Allen.

God, Carson Daly is a tool. He is willing to toss salad for the Man.

Tool

A tool is someone who is only good for one thing. A general insult, its lesser form is a multi-tool (a person who is only good for a few things) and its opposite is a toolbox (a person who is good at a lot of things). A piece is an off shoot of tool, a piece being someone used by a tool, or a person who needs several other people to become a whole person.

1. Amy Winehouse is a tool at being wasted.

2. "i swear you make eggs every morning... you're such a tool at breakfast."

3. "wow! you fixed my bike, computer and made me a sandwich! your such a good multi tool!"

4. James Bond is a complete toolbox, he gets the girl, kills the bad guy and saves the world, with style!
