A totally apeshit crow guy who bursts in on your day to day buisiness in Columbia. Who throws crows everywhere with no regard for anyone's safety. The crows peck, burn and caw like a scene kid being punched.

He spares no man, woman or child.

Guy 1: It was terrible. He threw crows at them until they were pecked to death. Then crows came out of their corpses, some of them were even electrified.
