Malden does have residents who reside in certain parts of the city who have more money. Malden has a lot of Haitians , Chinese, North and East African , some Brazilians and growing Spanish community . Also has whites that have been living there for decades. Malden is a nice city but it’s hood also. Gangs , violence , drugs ect. Whatever happens in the ghetto it happens in Malden too just not to the degree of a big city. Long as you mind your business you’ll be fine. Other cities hate on Malden it call Malden soft. It’s a misguided statement because they people they beef with may not be about it.
