Dude, I was super high and decided to go on one of those urban dictionary/wikipedia deep dives. I read "cotton jizz" when I saw a list with both "cottonize" and "cotton jaw." I chuckled to myself, decided to make up a definition, and then wrote this on urban dictionary.
