It means a Bullet- aka cap, shell, round,etc. It was invented by 50 cent and used in the song "Gatman and Robin" which feautured Eminem. It was tight. Not to be confused with a ill-nasty, but little known rapper named Copperpot

I was playin MW2 last night and got cro copped so many times, I almost rage quit!

Player 1 sees Mauler heading straight for teammates.
Mauler swings flail.
Player 1 gets Torque Bow out and blasts Mauler's head off before the Mauler makes his strike.
