Steers are castrated bulls. They sometimes try to sexually mount other cattle, even though they don't have what it takes to make anything happen. (This is much more a rural dictionary than urban dictionary item, because it only makes sense if you've actually seen it happen.)

Someone who wants to experience sex with a same sex partner without any commitment to 'the act', yet usually claiming to be a bi sexual but normally really a bored straight person wanting whatever they lack in their day to day lives.

So is 'X' into women now then, seeing that she slept with that out and proud 'Y'? No, she is back with men, she was only a bi-try
