Someone who likes to get hopped up on drugs and vandalize their school's bathrooms with drawings, toilet paper, explosions, etc. All shitbirds worship the lizard gods and the lizards tell them to spread their religion to their school via sharpie. Never hand a shitbird a sharpie, if you do he/she will immediately leave the room and the next time you walk into a bathroom there will be lizards everywhere. Taking prescription benzos can lead to you becoming a shitbird and if you take these drugs, you will likely wake up in the middle of a bathroom full of lizard drawigs, covered in ink.
