(1) A girl (of any sexuality) who likes to receive sexual pleasure, but does not often return the favor herself.
(2) A (usually humorous, often self-deprecating) term to refer to a gay man who almost always prefers to be the bottom, and often is fairly lazy/self-serving about it.

Both definitions stem from the idea that they just want to lay back on the pillow and be treated like a princess.

(1) She's such a pillow princess, she never wants to put any work in for the other person.
(2) Yeah, he's kind of a pillow princess, total DIVA in bed.

Princess treatment

Princess treatment is where your boyfriend treat you like a Princess!!! e.g. he will call you name (princess,darling etc), he will send money and pay(for nails,eyelashes/eyebrows,hair, dispos, clothes etc), he will reply fast, he will practically do anything you say (just don’t take the piss out of it though !!), puts you before the boys, if any girl comes near them or try’s to get it on with him he would walk away and ring me telling everything so we can call her out, makes everything revolve around you, he gotta tell you how much he loves you at least 2 times a day, he’s gotta post you on every social, take you out(like on dates, clothes shopping, get something to eat, etc).

Her-“ I want princess treatment and if you can’t give me that then I don’t think it will work because I’ve grown up being my dad, my dads mates, my uncles, my grandads, my brothers and my mums princess all my life so I don’t know anything else but princess treatment x”

Him-“ of course I will your my princess to now and id do anything for you baby girl xxx”
