A niche slang term originating in Dutch subculture, especially from the Overijssel province.
Sexual Slang; Refers to an exaggerated sexual act where, due to intense action, bodily fluids are said to be "launched" into the air. Each airborne drop is humorously referred to as a “clart.”
Social Term; Can also be used casually to describe a meetup, gathering, or function.
Friendship Slang; “Clarter” is used as an alternative to “friend” or “mate.”

Results of this experiment vary; some people are horrified to find that their "friend" does not in fact care, while others are pleasantly delighted to find that their friend really does care about them.
