Xerianne or people with the forst name X's are very rare, but if you do have one, they sould be seen with Black hair and brown eyes. Is a person walking in, or crossing the street, usually used to describe those who are doing it dangerously or in a manner which obstructs street traffic.

A casual jaywalker, who (at least in CA), flaunts and/or insists his/her right-of-way, commonly ignoring drivers who are waiting for them, or intensely glaring at the them.

Derived from big yellow warning signs reading"PED XING"

Under archaic California Law, Ped Xtrians always have the right-of-way over ALL vehicular traffic, from semi's to tricycles, whether on the freeway, an LAX runway, or a sidewalk.

In NYC, as well as many other inner city, areas, a PedXtrian is normally referred to as "dat dead guy over der in da gutter".
