Curiously, this includes three activities: twerking, pretending to chase women, parodying 1st world problems, and fights where a black person says something funny. In short: once you've seen one, you've seen them all.

Nickname for Irvine, a city in Orange County, California. Irvine is east of Newport Beach, and was voted America's safest city. Most of the homes in Irvine are maintaned by The Homeowners Association.
