1. The act of being a D-bag and causing great annoyance and emotional dismay in at least two people at the same time. Few people are able to accomplish such a feat, except of course my uncle Marco. 2. Getting two peoples "goats," (nerves), at the same time. 3. on rare occasions sodomizing two goats at once.

The instance where someone is following you on Twitter but never tweets, replies or enters into any conversation with anyone. Therefore they are Tweet Dogging - watching but not taking part = Twogging!

Therefore the Twogger is Twogging.

Think of it as Cyber Dogging.

A boss who decides to follow all his employees Twitter accounts but not posting is taking part in Tweet Dogging (Twogging) therefore his is a Twogger.
