Tuesday blues 

A well-known phenomenon among Esctasy users. If you spend your weekend rolling, chances are your serotonin will bottom out on Tuesday, leaving you with a depression that could be anywhere from mild to severe. May only last the day, or may stretch out over the rest of the week, depending on the person.

Rob took a few pills on Saturday night, and he's looking a little listless today - must be the Tuesday blues.

Bunk Tuesday

The day immediately before welfare day when your bank acccount is bone dry and your cupboards are bare. Essentially the worst day of the month. In the Canadian province of British Columbia welfare day normally falls on the last Wednesday day of the month hence the term "welfare Wednesday".

I wanted to take my mother out to lunch but we had to scrounge for food in a dumpster behind Robin's Donuts because it was Bunk Tuesday.

Tummy Tuesday

The best day of the week. Tummy Tuesday was started by a group of high school seniors as a day to skip school and eat out, but has evolved into much more. Since then, the group has gained sponsors and accepted special guests including their school principal and even the mayor of their town. The tummy Tuesday movement is spreading like wild fire and there seems to be no end in sight for the group. They can be recognized by their light blue shirts and their booming voice of democracy. Light blue runs deep in the members' veins along side with a passionate hate for their arch enemies food friday, who are a bunch of math nerds that think they can compete with the ever growing revolution. The group is getting so well known that there is an independent film maker following them around to capture the meaning of the group; which words cannot explain.

Bicycle Tuesday

Day after Labor Day when all the tourists leave the Jersey shore and head home to get their kids off to school. Dubbed "Bicycle Tuesday" in the early '70s by a pair of Surf City, NJ brothers who noted that all the tourists with kids had bikes strapped to their trunks as they departed Long Beach Island.

After Bicycle Tuesday, this place will return to normal.
