A person who enters a public restroom with the specific intent to occupy and execute the 2nd bodily function, directly adjacent to another person, when there are clearly numerous stalls of separation.

Everybody wants a buddy, but nobody wants a "stool buddy".

A "stool buddy" has the least regard for restroom protocol.
