I went to the gym yesterday and saw Peter doing Spiderman pull-up’s to workout his kegels.

Spidermare

The experience of a nightmare about spiders after a spider-related incident. Most often experienced by those with arachnophobia or extreme anxiety in the presence of a large and/or poisonous spider. Can often result in screams and leaping out of bed before fully awake, most likely due to their very realistic nature and tendency to be set in your actual sleeping environment.

A showerman is someone that is "big" in what he is doing, big on road or in music (as MC for example).

Originated from the grime scene and originally came from East London.

"It's showerman time", is when the big man dem is doing their thing in the shower-hour.

Spiderman

Spider-Man is a fictional character, a comic book superhero who appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Steve Ditko, he first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962). Lee and Ditko conceived of the character as an orphan being raised by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben, and as a teenager, having to deal with the normal struggles of adolescence in addition to those of a costumed crimefighter. Spider-Man's creators gave him super strength and agility, the ability to cling to most surfaces, shoot spider-webs using devices of his own invention which he called "web-shooters", and react to danger quickly with his "spider-sense", enabling him to combat his foes.
