Someone who's never, ever, heard of a courtesy flush and chooses to leave a steamer just sitting in the bowl for the duration. Once they're done and gone their shitcasso is composed of different streaks and smears down the bowl for the next user to "observe and enjoy."

When a woman with very large hands cups your balls and her finger slides up your ass. Similar to a shocker on a woman. It makes your shit ache hence the name.
